Context

AR/VR training is set up to support assembly, field and maintenance skills with measurable scenarios.

Our approach
What we do

What we do

We build an AR/VR training system delivering maintenance, assembly and safety training. The project definition documents training module, task steps and success criteria; participant's step completion time and error count are recorded. Training becomes hands-on and measured.

Narrative · 03

What you get

Task completion score, step-based error report, training effectiveness summary.

04

How we verify

Acceptance shows that each training module records the participant's step completion time and error count and that training effectiveness can be measured against the success criteria.

05

What is required

Requires a step-level definition of the maintenance, assembly and safety tasks to train, access to AR/VR hardware, and approval of the success criteria and assessment method.

How it works

Without AR/VR, assembly and safety training stays abstract and applied skill isn't measured. This system makes training hands-on and measured; acceptance depends on showing training effectiveness through step completion time and error-count records.

Training that never leaves the slides

Maintenance, assembly and OHS training is delivered with measurable scenarios and records. Effectiveness is read from defined performance criteria.

Training done and measured

The training module, task steps and success criteria are written in the project definition; the participant's step completion time and error count are recorded. Skill is learned by practising in the AR/VR environment.

Proof of effectiveness

Acceptance is by each module keeping step-completion and error records and training effectiveness being measured against the success criteria. The task-completion score appears in the report.

What comes next

Once the training record is stable, competency tracking and on-site coaching run on the same score.
