Context

MES is installed so production orders, quantities, quality and downtime are executed in the same shop-floor record.

Our approach
What we do

What we do

We install MES software that manages work orders, operators, stations, quantity, quality and downtime in real time. The project definition sets order flow, downtime reason tree and quality recording points; commissioning proceeds with approved ERP synchronization rules. Operator terminals and floor displays are configured to shop-floor workflow.

Narrative · 03

What you get

Real-time production dashboard, order completion rate and operator-based efficiency record.

04

How we verify

Acceptance runs a sample work order from open to close and shows that quantity, quality and downtime records stay synchronized with the ERP. Operator-terminal entries and dashboard records match in real time.

05

What is required

Requires ERP access to work-order and bill-of-materials data, station and operator definitions, and approval of the downtime-reason tree.

How it works

MES executes the production order, operator, station, quantity, quality and downtime in the same shop-floor record. Live status is read from that record.

Invisible execution

When order, quantity, quality and downtime live in the same MES record, shared visibility supports real-time decisions. Management follows live status from that record through the shift.

Real-time execution record

Order flow, the downtime-reason tree and quality recording points are defined in the project definition; commissioning proceeds with an approved ERP synchronization rule. The operator terminal and floor display are configured to the shop-floor workflow.

Synchronized acceptance

A sample order is run from open to close; quantity, quality and downtime records are shown to stay synchronized with the ERP. Operator entry and dashboard record match in real time.

What comes next

Once the execution record is stable, planning, traceability and cost analysis proceed on the same MES data.
